Deciding on a counselor is as important as deciding on counseling. Making the decision to talk to someone is a step in the right direction. For some it takes a long time to finally decide to seek out counseling. It takes strength and courage. I commend you on this decision.
Counseling is a collaborative process of sharing and trusting. Individuals tell their story to their counselor in a relationship of mutual respect and trust. I hold those who come to me in the highest positive regard.
I understand that often people don’t feel heard and are frustrated in their marriage, family, career, or their own personal issues. Having someone you trust to talk to, that has years of experience and skill, is a major part of the healing process. I would work diligently as your counselor.
I can provide help in the privacy and comfort of your own home or anywhere, for that matter. No more fighting traffic to get to my office, no more worrying about babysitters or telling your employer that you have a weekly appointment that you need to get to. Help is just a phone call away.
Telehealth is here and very convenient and very private. We hold our sessions over the phone, Face Time, or video conferencing, safe, simple and convenient.
